MP35N Bar and Rod is a nickel-cobalt alloy with high strength and corrosion resistance that contains about 35% nickel, 35% cobalt, 20% chromium, and 10% molybdenum. It provides good resistance to stress corrosion cracking and hydrogen embrittlement. Mechanically, MP35N has a minimum ultimate tensile strength of 200 ksi (1380 MPa), and can be cold worked and aged to provide additional strength. It maintains high toughness and ductility even under the most harsh environments, and is best suited for demanding applications. Its chemical composition and mechanical strength combine to provide long-term performance in harsh environments.
