Rupal Metals’ Titanium Square Bars generally comprise commercially pure titanium grades like Grade 2 or Grade 5, comprising more than 99% of titanium and traces of iron, oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon. These bars possess good mechanical properties with tensile strength of 344 to 895 MPa and high ductility. They possess a low density of 4.51 g/cm³, a high melting point of about 1668°C, and are highly corrosion resistant. The bars are weldable, fatigue resistant, and can operate satisfactorily in high-stress, high-temperature, or corrosive conditions.
