Monel Hollow Bars mainly consist of nickel (63%–70%) and copper (20%–29%), together with trace levels of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. These bars display high tensile strength of up to 550 MPa and yield strength of about 240 MPa, with favorable elongation characteristics. They remain mechanically stable under extreme pressure and temperature conditions and provide better corrosion resistance, particularly in acidic, alkaline, and salt environments.
