Reputable Delhi, India-based manufacturer and supplier Rupal Metals provides high-grade titanium forgings for a range of industrial uses. Our Titanium Forgings are designed with premium titanium and cutting-edge forging processes, and are renowned for their strength, accuracy, and resilience to harsh environments. The aerospace, marine, medical, and chemical industries are just a few of the many industries we service. Every product is made to exacting standards and tailored to the needs of the customer. Rupal Metals is a well-known supplier of strong and effective titanium forgings in India and around the world, with a dedication to quality, prompt delivery, and client satisfaction.
Commercially pure titanium (Grades 1–4) and titanium alloys such as Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) are the main materials used to make titanium forgings. Up to 90–99.5% titanium, aluminium, vanadium, iron, oxygen, and trace elements are among their constituents. Grade-specific mechanical characteristics include elongation of up to 20–30%, outstanding fatigue resistance, and tensile strength ranging from 240 MPa (Grade 1) to 1000 MPa (Grade 5). These forgings are perfect for demanding and high-performance applications because of their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, high corrosion resistance, and resilience to extreme pressures and temperatures.

The durability of titanium forgings is ensured by factors such as alloy composition, proper heat treatment, precise forging processes, surface finishing, and resistance to corrosion, wear, and extreme temperatures in demanding environments.
The typical tensile strength of titanium forgings ranges from 900 to 1,200 MPa, depending on the alloy and heat treatment, offering excellent strength-to-weight ratio for various high-performance applications.
Closed-die forging in titanium production involves shaping the titanium metal between two pre-shaped dies under high pressure, ensuring precise dimensions, improved strength, and a refined grain structure for high-performance applications.
Because of their great strength and low weight, titanium forgings find extensive use in aerospace applications, including landing gear, turbine parts, and aircraft frames. Because of their biocompatibility, they are favoured in the medical field for dental devices, surgical instruments, and orthopaedic implants. Because of their ability to withstand corrosion from seawater, they are used in propeller shafts, valves, and fittings in the marine and offshore industries. Titanium forgings are utilised in reactors and heat exchangers in the petrochemical and chemical industries. They are also used in the defence and automotive industries for structural elements and engine parts where low weight, high strength, and fatigue resistance are essential.
