Titanium Grade 1 Bars/Rods are made up of commercially pure titanium, with a typical composition of 99.5% titanium and small proportions of impurities such as oxygen (0.18%), nitrogen (0.03%), carbon (0.08%), hydrogen (0.015%), and iron (0.20%). This grade exhibits good corrosion resistance, ductility, and excellent formability. It possesses a tensile strength of 240-410 MPa and a minimum yield strength of 170 MPa, with elongation of 24% or more. The material also possesses excellent weldability and is applicable for use in lightweight high-strength and corrosion-resistant components.
