Titanium Grade 4 Bars and Rods are composed of 99.2% pure titanium with traces of iron (0.5%), oxygen (0.4%), carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen. This grade exhibits the highest strength among commercially pure titanium grades. It offers a tensile strength of approximately 550 MPa and yield strength of around 480 MPa, with excellent corrosion resistance and moderate ductility. The density is about 4.51 g/cm³, and it has a melting point of 1660°C. These mechanical properties make Grade 4 titanium ideal for applications requiring both high strength and resistance to harsh environments.
