Stainless Steel 304 Hollow Bars consist of around 18–20% Chromium and 8–10.5% Nickel, with a maximum of 0.08% carbon content. This austenitic stainless steel also has manganese, silicon, and traces of phosphorus and sulfur. Mechanically, it has tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40% in 50mm. It also retains high toughness even at cryogenic temperatures.
