Their Stainless Steel Bright Bars and Rods are renowned for their superior finish, long life, and corrosion resistance, suitable for high-performance industrial applications.
Stainless Steel Bright Bars and Rods supplied by Rupal Metals usually contain chromium (16–20%), nickel (8–14%), and trace elements such as molybdenum, manganese, and carbon, depending upon the grade (e.g., 304, 316, 410). These elements impart better corrosion resistance, strength, and machinability. The mechanical properties are high tensile strength (500–800 MPa), very good yield strength, and elongation up to 40%. These bars possess high fatigue resistance, hardness, and very good formability. The non-magnetic character of the material and finer surface finish also make it highly appropriate for engineering for precision and cosmetic purposes.
