310S Hollow Bar Stainless Steel is an austenitic stainless steel alloy containing high percentages of chromium (24–26%) and nickel (19–22%) with low carbon content that makes it more weldable and resistant to corrosion. It offers superior high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. The mechanical qualities consist of a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa, minimum yield strength of 205 MPa, and a minimum elongation of 40%. The alloy retains strength and toughness at elevated temperatures, with the low carbon content reducing carbide precipitation to enhance structural stability during welding and thermal exposure.
