Stainless Steel 347H Hex Bar is a stabilized austenitic stainless steel alloy with chromium (17–19%), nickel (9–13%), and columbium (niobium), supplemented by carbon (0.04–0.10%) for improved high-temperature strength. It has the following mechanical properties: tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa (minimum), yield strength of 205 MPa (minimum), and elongation of 40% in 50 mm. It retains excellent creep properties and good mechanical strength at high temperatures. The alloy is resistant to intergranular corrosion and retains structural strength under thermal stress, making it suitable for extreme industrial applications.
