Rupal Metals is a well-respected name in the metal manufacturing industry, proudly based in Delhi, India. As a top producer and supplier of Aluminium 3003 Forgings, we deliver exceptional quality and performance for a wide range of industrial applications. Aluminium 3003 is a commercially pure alloy known for its impressive corrosion resistance, good formability, and moderate strength, making it perfect for both structural and decorative forged components. At Rupal Metals, we utilize advanced forging techniques and rigorous quality checks to guarantee precision, durability, and adherence to international standards. We cater to essential sectors like HVAC, roofing, transportation, and food processing, providing reliable and cost-effective aluminium forging solutions.
Aluminium 3003 is a non-heat-treatable alloy that consists of about 1.0–1.5% Manganese, 0.6% Iron, and the rest is Aluminium, along with small amounts of Copper and Silicon. This alloy is known for its excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in marine and industrial environments, and its good workability. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength ranging from 130–200 MPa, a yield strength of around 115 MPa, and an elongation of up to 30%, depending on the temper. While it may not be as strong as heat-treated alloys, Aluminium 3003 is easy to forge, weld, and machine, making it a versatile option for general-purpose forged components.

Aluminum 3003 offers excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, lightweight, and high strength-to-weight ratio, making it ideal for custom forgings in industries like aerospace, automotive, and construction.
Aluminum 3003 is not ideal for high-temperature forging applications due to its low strength at elevated temperatures. It is more suitable for applications requiring good formability at moderate temperatures.
Aluminum 3003 has good workability, making it easy to forge. Its excellent formability allows for smooth shaping, but it requires careful temperature control to avoid material damage during forging.
Aluminium 3003 Forgings find extensive use in industries that prioritize corrosion resistance, formability, and lightweight materials. Common applications include cookware, roofing sheets, siding, gutters, storage tanks, food and beverage processing equipment, and HVAC components. The alloy’s outstanding resistance to atmospheric and chemical corrosion makes it an excellent choice for outdoor and industrial settings. Additionally, it is utilized in transportation systems and architectural projects where aesthetics and functionality are key.
