Rupal Metals, based in Delhi, India, stands out as a reliable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Aluminium 5754 Forgings. These products are designed to provide strong and corrosion-resistant solutions for a variety of industrial needs. Aluminium 5754 is a non-heat-treatable alloy celebrated for its impressive resistance to seawater and industrial pollutants, along with its good strength and weldability. At Rupal Metals, we utilize cutting-edge forging technologies to create components that boast exceptional dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and mechanical consistency. We cater to industries such as marine, automotive, transportation, and architecture, delivering customized forging solutions that adhere to strict quality standards and meet demanding application requirements.
Aluminium 5754 is a wrought alloy that mainly consists of 2.6–3.6% Magnesium, with small amounts of Iron, Silicon, Manganese, and Chromium. It is known for its outstanding corrosion resistance, particularly in marine and chemically aggressive settings. The mechanical properties of this alloy can vary depending on its temper, with typical tensile strength ranging from 220–330 MPa and yield strength between 130–240 MPa. Additionally, it offers good elongation and fatigue resistance. While it cannot be heat-treated, it can be strain-hardened, maintaining excellent formability and weldability—making it an ideal choice for forged parts that require both strength and long-lasting durability.
