Stainless Steel 310 Bar/Rod is an austenitic heat-resistant alloy that contains 24–26% chromium and 19–22% nickel, along with trace amounts of manganese, silicon, and carbon (up to 0.25%). This rich alloy composition provides outstanding oxidation and scaling resistance at temperatures reaching up to 1100°C. It boasts a tensile strength of about 520 MPa, a yield strength of roughly 205 MPa, and an elongation of up to 40%. SS 310 retains high toughness and structural integrity during thermal cycling and is non-magnetic in its annealed state, making it an excellent choice for demanding high-temperature applications.
