Stainless Steel 347H Round Bars and Rods are stabilized austenitic stainless steels comprising chromium (17–19%), nickel (9–13%), and columbium (niobium) for increased corrosion resistance and heat resistance strength. The “H” designation refers to high carbon content for improved creep resistance. The rods have a tensile strength of 515 MPa (minimum), yield strength of 205 MPa (minimum), and elongation of 40% (minimum).
